I am trying to make a Spellsinger that can use Repeaters, Heal, Buff and use Wands. I would love feedback regarding this build that I made.

My skills are Balance, Diplomacy, Haggle, Perform, UMD, 1 in Tumble and the rest in Jump

Skills:
with only 6 skills to fokus on you won't need 10 Int, as a human 8 Int will do for 6 points per level. Nothing wrong with your selection.

Stats:
as pointed out above you don't need 10 Int, I'd move these points towards Con. Your Charisma could also need some help: you started out by maxing it, but then didn't bother (much) with Charisma enhancements? Why? You should take Bard Charisma I, II and Musical Prodigy, as well as Human Adaptability: Charisma. Then again, the main use for high charisma are offensive spells, and for that... see below.

Feats:
With just Rapid Reload to help with your Repeater DPS you won't be doing much, but then there aren't all that many useful feats to pick up, unless you can qualify for Improved Precise Shot (but that would require even more feats just to qualify, besides the 19 Dex). So lets just leave it at that.

The rest of your feats are looking .... spread out. You have bonus spell points, a healing meta, an offensive casting feat, and a generic spell casting boost. You'd be better off to decide on one thing or at most two, and focus on that.

E. g., as a pure bard with Musical Prodigy, your enchantment spells will be quite good, so it would be a good idea to build on that and take Spell Focus: Enchantment (and Greater, if you can). Also, as a feat-starved class, you don't really have the luxury of picking up generic support feats like Mental Toughness, and you shouldn't need it either.

For boosting your healing spells, if you have few spells to spend, take Maximize, not Empower Heal - it has a slightly worse degree of efficiency, but since you are lacking the big Heal spells you will want your casts to hit for as much as you can. Or else don't bother healing with spells at all and instead max out your wand and scroll use enhancements: as a bard you can get higher Heals from Scrolls than any other class!

Enhancements:
Haven't checked closely, but Inspired Bravery is a waste IMHO, unless you need it for the PrE, and so is Extra Music IV, unless you use it to unlock both special Musics for undead and constructs. The former comes quite late in the build - you should try to fit it in earlier, the latter I don't see at all? Also, you're missing Musical Prodigy (Bard Cap), and a few more Cha enhancements. Doesn't need to be bard Charisma III if you're low on AP, but do consider taking Charisma II, if it gets you to an even score (which it would in your case).

Aschbart seemed pretty onto it with his advice.

a) Don't go repeater for a bit of dps - unless you like repeaters as a concept. You can just grab a bit of str and a two hander to contribute a bit of dps.

b) Ditch mental toughness and probably rapid reload and pick up Heighten (will make a nice difference on some of our spells) and maybe a spell focus. Not building to CC seems an odd choice on a pure max Cha Spellsinger.

c) I'd probably take maximise instead of empower h.
