Are servers down?

just wondering tried at 2pm est servers are down now its 3am and servers are still down sup with that? EST

I've been seeing really long delays between entering login information and getting
a connection. After about 30 seconds of waiting, I usually kill the Launcher and try
again. It takes a couple of tries, then you get in. They must be having some issues
with the login server, as once you get in, everything seems fine.
