View Full Version : Yikes! Character stuck in Limbo!

Posting here because the ingame service is running really slow it seems.

I have 1 character on Argo that is "stuck" on a loading screen. He was zoning out of gianthold to the marketplace via the npc and got stuck. I've manually closed the game, logged in/out of other servers fully and logged back into Argo on my other characters successfully several times. However when I try to log on to this particular character it is stuck on a loading screen. I'm not sure what else I can do on my end.

Originally happened approx. 2am EST, so well before the 0630-0700 backup time frame.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like it might be the same issue lots of us are having right now.

Happened to me a bunch of times the last few days with different ingame locations/characters.

If you keep restarting DDO ...eventually... it should load up quickly like normal.

Have you tried visiting the marketplace as another character or seeing what happens when another of yours ports over from Gianthold?

this just happened to my ranger. i just finished the 3rd quest in delera's chain and then it got stuck in the loading screen i had to manually close the game and when i try to log in with my ranger it just stays in the loading screen. funny thing is that i can log in with any of my other chars without problems.

Happened around 3:10 am EST.

Just to update...

Later on tried zoning into a house P quest on another character with the same result. The issue seemed to clear itself on both characters several hours later. Whether or not it's related to the myddo bug remains to be seen.
