Can't buy DDO points by CC or Paypal

For several days now I've been trying to buy DDO points by CC and by Paypal without success. I have purchased points before with the same CC and from PayPal. My Paypal account is bank account verified and CC account verified and when I called Paypal, they said it is a Turbine problem. I also can not access the details page on my Turbine account. I get all kinds of error messages. I'm not to sure what to do, I want to buy DDO points and update my VIP subscription for another year as I'm sure it is about to expire. Good news is I can still play...

I tried calling and waited on hold for 20 mins before giving up. Help!
