Changing Surname.

I was wondering if any plan on implementing being able to change this going to be True Reincarnating my Kensai and surname would not make much sense after I switch races. I have been away from game and recently coming back so wasn't sure if there was a newly added option for this when doing a "TR" or whatever.

(though it sounds really stupid as it was possible in europe all the time, theres absolutley no reason why they dont have it here already too...but whatever)

It doesn't seem too difficult to implement. People would pay money for it and would be nice for when you TR.
