does the double strike from windstance stack with tempest 3 double strike

Hey all was just wondering if monk windstance double strike stacks with tempest double strike? so 5% each so 10% double strike?

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to stack. But not 100% sure tbh.

ok thanks i hardly ever use windstance only when im vorpeling trash with 2 kama's. be nice if it does work.
