The Vampire - twf human barbarian

Goals:
-great DPS
-hate tanking
-high hp pool
-being able to stay frenzied all the time via vampirism
-High healing amp for vampirism to work better

Human chaotic nuetral
Barbarian 20

str: 62 sustained (18 base + 5levelups + 7 item + 3 excp + 1 litany + 3 tome + 1 human enhancement + 8 rage + 4 power rage + 4 death frenzy + 2 frenzy + 2 rage + 2 madstone + 2 yugo)
dex: 17 (15base + 2 tome)
con: 28 sustained(15base + 6item + 1 litany + 3 exceptional + 1tome + 2rage ) I'm sure there is more with the barbarian rages, but I don't know the excat values of them
int: 8
wis: 8
cha: 8

feats:
1- khophes, power attack
3- cleave
6- twf
9- imp twf
12- imp crit: slashing
15- greater twf
18- toughness or stunning blow (really your pick i currently like stunning blow but heck you may like 52 more hp or so)

Gear: (this will change once I get him some epic items but here are some of the most important to have)
Epic marilith chain
epic chaos blade x2
litany of the dead
ravager barabrian set
MinII x2 khophes
Epic claw set (healing amp and incite)

some nice gear leveling up:
carnifex get it, use it, love it. great weapon until level 12 when you can start twf with a high sucess rate
holy mual or great club for deleras
minos legens
lessor restore pots (level 17 you get tireless rage and dont require lesser restore for fatigue but still handy to have)
cure serious pots
curse removal pots

Leveling: I will be updating this as I level somethings to concider is you can respect your enhancments for just a little bit of plat.
Taking the first tier of dr boost is a nice thing at low levels, just run until you get a healthy dungeon alert hit that and rage then kill :)

yes i know this has probably been done before but im just putting it out here since i didnt see it already on the forums plus i like the vampire :)
please any flaw or something you would like to see added into it please tell me

this is my first build on the forums so any suggestions would be nice :)

ok thanks I will add that in :) and I havent messed with the new content though i should as much as i have heard about the gloves

i want to be able heal my frenziedness (is that a word?) with the vampirism if that is not affected with healing amp then WF is definally the way to go lol

Does the brute fighting line work with PA now? On my barb turning on PA disabled Brute Fighting, and vice versa. Haven't logged in in a month though.

PA doesnt affect brute fighting last time i checked Barbarian Rage turns off brute fighting.

My first questions is about the vampirism???? *** is that i never heard of that but i guess being away from game for a while does that to yah :)

You dont fully go into what gear your going to use and u didnt even attempt to type out your hps.

If it's a "Vampire" then slicing blow would be more appropriate as it at least adds "bleeding" your enemy.

Epic Claw set adds 20% hate gen, (10% non epic) i think thats what hes talking about, he's human for Heal Amp and wh0reforged Brute Fighting doesnt work while raged (Rogue is wh0reforged with 1 lvl of barb and Brute Fighting turns off when i rage, but is fine with PA).... dont ask why my rogue has Brute fightin... stupid VoD's begging for WF... *mumbles*..

Kinda some rude replies to an otherwise excellent build. Whether or not this guy has aggro, if you gear him as you suggested, you're going to be able to manage the downsides of Frenzied Berzerker better than many other builds out there. Epic Chaosblades are one of the most under-rated items in DDO in my opinion.

We always have to keep in mind that playability is one of the factors that people looking for builds tend to value much more highly than those criticizing and posting builds.

With all due respect the epic chaos blade is underrated because so few people have them. I know of literally 3 people on my server that have an epic chaosblade. I doubt that more then 10 people have one on the entire server of Khyber. Whenever I see epic chaosblade in the build or epic marilith chain or something similiar I just shrug it is really not realistic unless the player already has the materials.

Yeah, getting the gear is going to be thhe hardest part but hey gotta have something to strive for :)

Level 4 and 5 with this guy was a blast, I had my carnifex and just tore through everything usually a one shot. I did pick up a +3 khophes and a +4 khophes (rr:human) and I did not have trouble hitting just the carnifex still did way better damage :)

one thing to note however is to run through a bunch of mobs gather 10 or so hit DR boost and rage and you should be set.
I did call a cleric during tangleroot but didnt need it untill the very last one where you fight the two orges one got a crit on me and almost killed me.

I know its just the lowlevels so far and doesnt tell me much about higher levels just my begining thoughts

Against anything without DR, you'll be pretty awesome.. Self-healing while killing is a pretty nice concept...

Yeah I was going human anyways in hopes of the vampirism working with healing amp and if not more healing amp is always good. And the hate tanking apart i would switch to an intice DT armor anyways but i will play around with it once i reach that level :)

nice, if you do decide to do something like this please keep us posted I would love to see how all it turns out with all the gear before i can grind it out
and with a TR i wander which past life feat would be the best, maybe paly for helaing amp? or monk for the evasion clickyt
