I put this together after seeing a recent thread on whether or not the Bloodstone was worth it. I've also seen a lot of comments about seeker that were either misplaced or erroneous. As I'm a full time number cruncher (a hefty portion of my current job is fluid dynamics work) I whipped together a quick reference chart. I used two terms (which could get confusing, and for that I apologize.)
1. Input Multi is the crit profile's transformation of your input base damage, on average, across your rolls. That is, a weapon that crits only on a 20, for x2, adds 1 extra 'attack' per 20 attacks, giving 5% additional attacks and therefore a 1.05 multi on input.
2. Seeker multi is the effect the weapon has on seeker bonuses, and is the multiplier by which the seeker effect is modified. That is, a +6 seeker, on a weapon with a 0.2 seeker multi will, on average add 0.2*6 = 1.2 dmg / attack.
I won't go into Epic weapon choice, or auto-crit, since that is typically just a grab for the highest multiplier available. I also didn't include various epic weapon profiles. If you have those weapons, likely this chart will not be of significant use. This chart is most useful for choosing boss beaters and general leveling gear, and is intended for such use.
This chart assumes Improved Critical.

This doesn't include burst effects, simply because there are many combinations. Suffice it to say that the strict numbers for overall DPS will change, but the ordering will, in most circumstances, stay the same. For weapon choice, a general rule is to pick the highest available input multi. For those weapons of equal input multi, next choice to follow is the seeker multi.
Do take into account when selecting weapons auto-crit. Hopefully this will allow players to make educated choices on weapons selections, and provide solid numbers to how much damage various seeker-adding gear and enhancements specifically do (Kensai crit damage adds behave like seeker, and use the seeker multi to evaluate that particular damage adder). It should also help make a gearing decision (that is, should one use the Litany or the Bloodstone on the trinket slot, if the Maralith Chain is not an option.)
It should come obvious that the Khopesh is the best general use one-hander, and Falchion best two-hander, but there are some interesting relationships and details that can be, hopefully, useful to some.
