I've seen videos and screen shots of people hitting for 200, 300 and 400 points of damange (not including modifiers) on critical attack.
What type of strengh is needed for this?
Highest I've seen thus far is 170 with +5 Greensteel Greataxe blank.
WF/Level 12 with around 32 strength when raging with Power attack and damange boost.
What am i missing?

you are missing death frenzy
with bard buffs and such, my wf barb with a greensteel axe does abt 650 on a crit. he has 60+ buffed str

I'm far from an expert on damage, but there are a few things:
- It's possible to get a lot more than 32 strength; check out some of the builds here on the forums and you'll see examples into the 50s and 60s for STR
- Big class damage boosts, like Kensai power surge
- Critical multiplier boosts from class enhancements like Paladin exalted smite and divine sacrifice, or Barbarian Frenzied Berserker rage

those cirts (and 400 is low for a barb) coem from a lvl20 cahr
those have around 70-80 str, full PA enhancements and frenzied berserker 3
then the greataxe crits x6 and high numbers are easy

a kensai doesnt crit for a lot of damage, the kensai's dps comes from attacking very fast and critting very often. the last one is the most significant in producing the biggest numbers in ddo. builds figure less in obtaining high str than buffs and gear, the OP may be lacking a lot of gear since he is not capped out yet

This character is not level 20 and i dont have any raid items or access to certain things yet.
I have the
32 point version (Base)
Str 18
Dex 14
Con 16
Int 10
Wis 8
Cha 6
Strength 27 Plus Rage (Not sure what it is at my level)
Frenzy? Whats that do i get that at higher level?

I dont have any raid items, I do have most of the highest +'s for my level +5 str for instance, I just wanted to make sure i wasnt missing the boat here.
So i can understand does the crit mutiplier increase at higher level or something? I seen someone post about the crit modifier changing?

As an example, the description for the Barbarian Frenzied berserker III enhancement, from DDOWiki:
Barbarian Frenzied Berserker III
Usage: Passive
Cost: 2 action points
Progression: 66 action points
Requires All of: Barbarian Power Attack III, Barbarian Power Rage III, Barbarian Damage Boost IV, Barbarian Frenzied Berserker II
Available to Barbarian class level 18
While raging, increases the critical multiplier of all weapons you use by 1 when you roll a natural 19 or 20. Your two handed weapon glancing blows have an additional increased chance of applying magical weapon effects. You also gain the ability to expend 20 hp to death frenzy.
This enhancement automatically grants the following:
Death Frenzy
Expend 20 hit points to enter a death frenzy (Stacks with your basic rage and frenzy.), increasing your strength by 4, your critical threat multiplier by 1 and adds the 'Greater Vicious' property to your melee weapons. (4d6 damage to your attacks while dealing 1d3 damage to yourself per attack.)
