OK, since update 5 and the changes to combat, there is a lot o ppl saying that the THF line of feats is a waste.
Anyone with numbers or experienced at high lvl of content with a barbarian can give any insight on this?
If they are a waste indeed, what feats would you replace them with? mre thoughness (? even more hp), dragonmarks in case of human or dwarf, or what?

If you move during combat they don't help you much anymore.
If you tend to be stationary during combat (such as playing "autoattack the boss") they still give you a benefit.
At least that's my understanding...

The THF line got severely nerfed for the "twitchers" like Shade who mastered increased attack speed by "twitching" there attacks instead of running through the whole attack chain.
Guys who were good at this did demonstrate higher dps, but it wasn't so easy that a majority of players were able to do it sustainably.

I understand that Lorien, but fighting stationary bosses is like what, 2% of the game? The rest of the time is running after casters and archers, melees strafing back and forward and running if low hp etc.
I posted a question in the general forum in the update 7 thread asking if there was any news about this feat line, but seems like the devs dont want to even talk about it. I presume its going to stay like this ;-(
I just cant decide if i wouldnt go better with other feats at least to lvl 17-20 and then try again the THF line just so see if i notice any diference at all... such is the state of THF pff.

For a intim guardbarb like mine there was nearly no difference but alot of barbs took a hit, 18/2 barb fighter is becoming quite popular for the TWF line
