i took the scimitars instead of kopeshes beacuse i thought the crit range would be insane like 15-20 or somthing like that there will be no self healing but the damage on a smite evil should be over 1000 i think please comment
I figured he would make two min 2 scims and have tempest set kensai set and KotC set from amerath cince he levels from 18-20 out there and prolly has most of those sets anyways

How in the world do you figure 1000 points of damage on a smite evil with a weapon that only has a x2 crit?

cause my palidan at level 20 no tr can do 600 on a smite evil and with extras it is about 650 and he only use one scim and a shield with two weapons i figure he has a chance of two crit smites that is what i am saying

assuming min ii/imp crit, with scimitar/rapier you'll get 13-20 x4, khopeshes 15-20 x5, picks 17-20 x6; the best is epic SoS with imp crit: slashing which would give 15-20 x6 and its thf

18/2 Pali/Fighter would be way more dps and a lot more fun, imho.

the thing is a pure paladin would be able to extend the crit multiplier by taking exalted smite enhancements. a 8 pal wouldnt have enough exalted smite for the crit multiplier to hit 1000 smites. in addition, the smite damage is also dependant on paladin levels. most of the paladins with 1000 smites are thf pure pally with eSoS thus your scimitar wielding 8 pally isnt going to achieve anything near

as to your build, dex and con is too high. 13 dex is all u need for twf if you have access to +4 tomes. 18 con is overkill as you have no charisma which means you will not have divine might. +4 tomes at L12? +3 tomes are L11. which means you will have to use them later

balance is more important than jump or swim, umd is pretty much a all or none skill. dodge, mobility and spring attack should be taken by L6 to qualify for tempest. power critical is a useless feat. you are going for dps but yet neglect to take fighter haste boost. last but not least, 8/6/6 is a very bad split. your multiclasses are too spread out to be efficient in the role you designed. dps = either pal 14, 18 or 20/ fighter 12, 18 or 20/ ranger 6, 18

dump swim, hide, haggle take something useful instead, like balance, umd(if not max already)

drop power critical and take khophes, it may sound boring, but they are still better dps, especially on non elf

also, does your friend have +4 tomes waiting? not like those drop every

and last, level 8 paladin is never going to smite anywhere near 1000, cause smite is based on paladin level, you should ask yourself what exactly do you gain with this many paladin levels on your minimum charisma, you only get tier1 kotc, few emergency heals and around 200 damage smite(per hand)

i personally would consider 2 level paladin splash or 2 level rogue/fighter splash on paladin rather than such fairly equal one, nothing drastically wrong with level split you made, but im quite sure 18/2 or pure performs better, 18/2 will also have enough feats for typical dps setup

he has like two plus 4 tomes for everything he has ran ToD like 60 times b4 he tr the first time

going to use negative comments about your build to make my point this is since it would be pretty evil to just smile and say nice when u see errors in it dont take it the wrong way.

-big mistake taking ranger lvls first as you wont have feats needed to take tempest until you hit lvl18.

-smite evil 1000 not going to happen, let me explain copy paste how smite works.

[edit] Attack and Damage Formula

Smite base damage is 7 + (paladin level*3) (eg, 67 for a lvl 20 paladin)

Exalted Smite is just Smite with all the added benefits. It adds double your charisma modifier to your attack and the following to your damage.

Exalted Smite I: Increases your Critical multiplier by +1

Exalted Smite II: Increases your Critical multiplier by +1 and your Critical range by +1

Exalted Smite III: Increases your Critical multiplier by +2 and your Critical range by +1

Exalted Smite IV: Increases your Critical multiplier by +2 and your Critical range by +2

wiki on smite
"Once per rest period, a Paladin may attempt to Smite evil with one normal melee attack. The number of times a Paladin can Smite Evil increases by 1 at level 5 and 10 and can be further increased by taking the Extra Smite Evil Enhancement. Smite evil also recharges at the rate of 1 every 90 seconds.

Adds Charisma modifier x 2 to your attack roll (that uses the best attack bonus in a normal attack sequence) and deals extra damage based on your paladin level. A Paladin with 12 Charisma (+1 modifier) and BAB 0 would add 2 (1 x 2 + 0) to the attack roll. A Paladin with 20 CHA (+5 modifier) and BAB 10 would add 30 (5 x 2 + 20) to the attack roll (because the 4th attack is at BAB+10 = 20).

The extra damage done is 7 + (3 x paladin level). For example a 6th level paladin does 7 + (3 x 6) (or 25) extra damage on a successful smite. If the paladin accidentally smites a creature that is not evil, or is not in range, the smite has no effect, but the ability is still used up. "

me on your builds smite:
so ur build only has the first lvl of exalted smite so your choice of a 2x weapon high crit seems to work well with only 8 lvls of pala but you estimate of crits are unreasonable
ur looking at 7+(3x8) extra damage from smite
mainhand 93+(1d8+12+6bloodstone)x3=159
got a splash pala 7 lvls of pala and he gets smite crits around 140 with 30str and bloodstone using 2x weapon, dont count on always getting it on both weapons but it does happen frequently.

-why so low cha and high con? seems a shame to waste chance of easily getting good saves

-drop power critical feat you already have mad +tohit on your crits using bloodstone or ment goggels and this feat does NOT add damage only +tohit.
id suggest taking extend so your divine favor hits for 2min and if your high enough ranger lvl for rams might it also lasts long enough to matter

:happytears:

Finally my beating that formula into various heads has paid off. (I suppose editing the wiki a couple of times may have helped too)
