stunning fists

so i was making a monk this morning on thelanis and decided to follow the rockan robin build. when i got to the airship and began doing my first 4 veteran status levels i was supposed to take stunning fists at lvl 3 but it does not show up in the feat selection, is there somethign im missing? was it removed from game for some reason after the build was made?

any information would be appreciated.

Should be there between stunning blow and toughness. Dont know why its not there for you but they did not take it out of the game.

yeah i was looking all over there, only had stunning blow which doesnt quite work for the rockan build. is there a stat reliance for it to show up? the rockan build recommends a +1 int tome to put you u p to 13 int which being an odd number seemed kind of odd to me but perhaps that was the reason.

Stunning Fist must be taken with a Monk bonus feat. That means the feats you get at Monk levels 1,2 and 6. So you can wait until 6th level, or you can reroll, taking SF at level 1 or 2 and taking the feat you dropped at level 3.

I'm not intimately familiar with the build, but 13 Int is the prereq for Combat Expertise, which is pretty much required for AC builds. Combat Expertise itself is a prereq for Improved Trip, which is popular on tactics builds.

In general, feat prereqs are odd stat numbers--precisely because they don't grant an increase in bonus. The TWF line is 15/17/17 Dex(15/17/19 in PnP), the THF line is 15/17/17 Str, Power Attack is 13 Str etc.

well as at lvl 3 monks get a bonus feat, have a choice of 2 slots to put feats in, which the build recommends path of inevitable dominion and stunning fist. the problem is stunning fist does not even show in the list.

When I click the link it says L3: Dodge and L6: Stunning Fist (Monk Bonus)

You cannot take Stunning fist as a Standard feat

That's bc at lvl3 u don't get a bonus feat

that second feat slot, is just the games way for u to choose light or dark path.
