free delara restrictions???

Hi
i have completed the three precursor adventures and am trying to get Free Delara quest bestowed by Hargo Kimmare but it's not happening. Do you have to be a certain level before you can do this? Are there any restrictions for this adventure? The party I was with were able to move on but I can't get this quest bestowed at all. We all did the same thing so I'm really confused. Any help would be great.

Did you accept a share or are under level 5?

i know there is a 'new' lvl restriction to enter hargo's quest. but im drawing a blank i think min lvl 5, could be wrong.

if u don't have the BLUFF (hear its a 3) you need to pay the man... forget the price and its steep for new to play peeps.



sadly i have heard people having problem. i tried to help a few, but they just toss their hands up and say oh well i'll go in without being on the quest. i mean if 'ur' having a problem it means others are having the problem, and if i or other gamers can help you figure it out or see the problem, it can in turn help other players...

I'm lvl 4 -was in a group of lvl 6. Maybe I'll try again when I reach lvl5.

yes, Hargo won't talk to you until you are lvl 5. I ran into this a while back... I don't know exactly when this went into effect, but it has been a while now.

I don't rember what happens, I think you won't get your end reward or can't complete, not really sure, but something buggy happens and you will get screwed.

Yes min character level to get 'Part 2' quest giver to talk to you is 5.

Now to salvage this thread in the Suggestions area of the forum, I suggest the quest giver actually give you information that you need to be a certain level, if below 5, and not just ignore you like he is broken.
