Throwing weapon attack speed increase?

Does the Feat "Quick Draw" stack with the 30-second increase granted by the Monk's ability "Ten Thousand Stars"?

Also, is it actually worth taking Quick Draw in case I'm ever in a situation where I'd want to range-attack a monster?

1. It seems that Quick Draw would stack with Thousand Stars, as the latter is an enhancement bonus to attack speed.
2. Taking Quick Draw for the purpose of occasionally damaging something at range would not be close to worth it.

However, if you have the feats to spare then Quickdraw..

i. Decreases the activation time on Action Boosts, such as Fighter or Rogue Haste Boost
ii. Decreases the time it takes to swap weapon sets

Made a great filler feat on my Fighter 12/Monk 7/Rogue 1 build.
