What is the most embarrassing death you have suffered?
I'm not talking about forgetting DW when facing Dreadlord Giddion or other mistake, but some serious blunder like falling to your death in miseries peak because you forgot you don't have FF or such...
I had a close call last night in "An Explosive Situation" as I hadn't yet aquired Self-healing or enough pots, and had a hard time with my lvl 1 dex rogue without weapons finesse.... I was thinking of the shame if I died in there... makes me wonder how many others have had those "oops" moments that ended a PD toon before he got started...
