Hello.

I would REALLY love it if all your various support would stop giving me the run around and pointing to each other. 2 Constitution points (inherent) have somehow disappeared PERMANENTLY from this toon on VIP Update 6 Launch DAY. (from a +2 Supreme Tome eaten weeks earlier). And no one will even look at this toon and work on a fix for this.

In-Game GM direct me to submit a bug ticket (which I did). Email Customer service says to submit another In- Game GM ticket. (which I did). Same guy who closed my first ticket (within 5 minutes and not speaking to me), responds but says it's being escalated. Then once again without speaking with me directly, he closes the ticket and advises me to contact Account Support. (which I did). However, Account support doesn't have a drop down category for IN GAME issues, only $$ or security related issues. Haven't heard a word. Contacted Customer service again, NO response. Contacted Complaints@turbine.com. No response.

Chronology:

Weeks earlier, I buy a +2 Supreme tome and eat it. ALL stats show appropriate inherent bonus. On VIP Launch date of Update 6, I notice lower health. I look, all stats show appropriate inherent bonus, but Constitution shows none. I remove all con items, log in/out, etc. (all of this is noted on the various tickets and emails sent out), but +2 inherent CON continues to be missing.

So, since 2 Inherent Constitution mysteriously disappeared the day of VIP Launch of Update 6, and no one is doing anything to investigate or fix this... i had 2 thoughts:

1) I buy a tome of Con +2 and try to eat it. Normally, the game doesn't let you if it sees you already have eaten an equivalent tome. If it works, it fixes me. If it doesn't... would Turbine reimburse me said tome since I purchased a +2 supreme from their Store and something Broke it for JUST constitution in the latest Mod.

2) I do a lesser re-incarnate at a cost of 900 Turbine points. See if the +2 everything shows back up to INCLUDE the +2 CON. If it does not, will Turbine re-reimburse me the 900 points?

Description:
Constitution is incorrect since update. Have base 14, 2 inherent (from +2 all tome), and +5 belt. Total should be 21. Con shows 20 as 14 base and 6 enchanted. Logged in and out several times, removed belt and re-equipped several times. Still shows 20.

Description:
I appear to have permanently lost 2 Constitution points (inherent), although all the other inherent (from s +2 supreme tome) show up. Noticed this day of VIP Mod 6 launch. Submitted ticket, submitted bug ticket, online support email, and was told i would be helped IN GAME.[ref:00D8L4s5.5008CATFH:ref].

Any assistance, heck at this point, even communication, a murmur of concern would be appreciated.

The best way to address it is as a monetary issue. You bought and ate a +2 Supreme tome that is no longer being applied. Ask for a refund of the points for that since the product you paid for is now defective.

*After* you get the refund then try your own solutions. Do not solve the problem at your own expense prior to a refund. Also they may need time to look at your character about the bug.

I have acted upon your suggestion and contacted Account Support again (with an Account "ticket"), but this time requesting a refund.

STILL DEAD SILENCE from Turbine. Still no response to my 1st account support ticket, nor my email Customer Support ticket.

And my cleric still is out +2 Inherent Constitution points.

Yeah, the Gm's don't seem to be very helpful for these kind of issues.
