Might wanna go play Real Life. It's this thing outside your door, heard it was fully 3D and immersive, and has awesome controls. Problem is that the creators believe in hardcore permadeath, so be a bit more careful than you would here.

Real Life can be fun, but man grinding for plat sucks. I've been grinding for 20+ years and still haven't gotten anywhere.
Maybe crafting some greensteel would help... I think the biggest problem is keeping the wife-unit out of the AH.

Ok just woke up, the joy of living in Alaska, and was gonna log in and kill stuff but of course DDO is down. I have tried that Real Life outside stuff and it is fun but you are right, the death seems more permanent. >.>
I am not bored yet,but will be soon. I had plans for my character today that I wanted to get started on and now instead I get to do things with the family like converse with them, hang with them and go outside in the real world and be seen in public with them. LOL
boredom... yay! ........... NOT!
*sigh* Soo what exactly besides real life outside are we all going to do?

Bad Gramma? Is that a new video game where someone's grandma has to save the president from kidnappers?

Have you ever woken up and had a terrible fear that you might be an NPC?
Bored...

Not really. I have some other things to do today anyways.
Went grocery shopping.
Packed some more boxes (moving cross-country soon).
Read some news, visited some forums.
Played with the dogs.
Talked to a friend on the phone.
Made lunch & a pot of coffee.
11:30 AM here now.
I will go pack some more boxes in a bit.

''Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body. But rather skidding into it broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out with a smashed up nose and a bloody face and very loudly proclaiming: ''OM*G! Now THAT was one helluva ride!!!'' :D

Reasons why Real Life is over-hyped:
- Millions of years of development, and it's still in beta.
- Comes packaged with tons of malicious spyware, adware, and viruses that are automatically installed.
- Graphics are iffy: They're good at first, but if you lose an eye, it slips into 2D permanently.
- No mods. No add-ons. No expansions. No updates. (But hey... no download!)
- Free to play, but you HAVE to use the cash shop to get ANYWHERE.
- Characters are randomly generated. No customization allowed upon making a new character.
- Only ONE character slot!
- Complete lack of caster classes.
- Controls get laggy after the 3rd or 4th beer.
- Levels 1-18 are nearly impossible unless you have a higher level character to assist you.
- Levels after ~65 get extremely difficult unless you get LOWER LEVEL help. Weird...
- Endgame raids only take you as far as the fridge or the bathroom.
- You have to be right next to the person you are whispering to. (except with certain CS items)
- Inventory is poorly handled. No auto-sorting, extra storage is CS only.
- No test server.
- No single player campaign. Hardly anything is soloable.
- The majority of windows are clear and provide no information at all.
- Quest rewards are a joke. The grind is completely ridiculous.
- PvP is horrible. Even if you win, you lose.
- Crafting feels too much like work, and is often too expensive to consider.
- You can be one shotted by anything, anytime. (Don't forget... permadeath!)
- The developers don't offer tech support at all. Heck, they might not even exist! Same deal with the publisher.
- Bans are handled by the player base. This feature is often abused.
- You get logged off for several hours a day to perform maintenance on the client.
- The server is riddled with bugs. However, spiders and birds have been implemented to deal with this issue.
- The server will eventually go down permanently. No one knows when, but it's inevitable.
Anyway... don't take this too seriously. It is a joke post, after all. ^^
