VIP payment methods

Hi folks,

Sorry if this has been answered already somewhere but i couldnt find it.
Does anyone know if turbine will be offering ways to pay for vip membership other then creditcard to european players? Currently they have the pay-by-cash option for those without cc but that doesnt seem to be available to european players (at least im getting the blocked country message here in the Netherlands).

Also I have tried paying with CC using my Visa from the UK and all I get is that the card details cannot be verified. I have tried mailing the account team about this but as yet I have not received a response and I work when their office is open and cannot call internationally from work.

Would appreciate any information on hoe to pay from UK. I have read the account help pages but was not able to see a solution.

Register card on your profile first then it will be available as a payment method when you upgrade.
Problems occur adding card during upgrade process.

Bumping this and hoping for help.

Still not able to update my CC details. Ingame in My Account it says that my CC details are incorrect, when they are 100% correct. I have filled in the support form with Turbine a week ago with no response. I am a willing paying customer and getting more than a little ****ed off that I am getting no response regarding this.

Takes them 10-14 days to respond. However once your ticket is punched correspondence becomes really fluent. If you are unable to register your CC via MyAccount pages then system is disliking it for some reason. IIRC the procedure is to either call account support of fax them CC details and they will enter it.

Slightly unrelated; any idea when we can expect 'Unsupported region' monster to die?

Even in the cc issue is solved it still leaves all the european players without a credit card on the dry as the pay-by-cash blocks european countries and paypal can't be used. Doesnt seem we have any option to pay other then by credit card :(
