Almost. You can see store sales, store items etc... outside the game. You can't make purchases outside the game.

I know this doesn't fix it any, but I'm guessing the reason is that it's tied closely to the character and the easiest way to do that is by forcing you to be logged into the character. I bet out-of-game store access is coming Soon, just like Druids.

Oh what's the use... Bring on the Druids and the Shamans and the Psions the Mystics and Archmages



Clerics that don’t heal others and rogues that cannot deal with traps;
Barbarians with low hitpoints and mages who do not use spells;
Bards that do not buff others and rangers that pull agro and then run away;
These are a few of my favorite things.

Clerics that rush into melee and rogues that try disarm a trap and are killed by it;
Warforged barbarians without healers friend and sorcerors without firewall;
Fighters without fortification and Barbarians with very low AC;

Although an IPhone / Droid App etc is seriously lacking.
I've seen people complain that they missed a 'One Day Sale' due to being at work or away from their PC.
