I bought an Ultimate Game Card yesterday for a 30 day script for v.i.p! Used the card yesterday but Im still not vip? Ive contacted paybycash and they replied saying that the card was successfully used on my account but yet Im still not v.i.p? The money has been takin off of the card but yet im still not vip??? What do I do, or what can i do?? any help greatly appreciated!

If the sytem doesn't catch up with you over the weekend....

Support email to Accounting would be the slow patient way (1-2 week turn-around)

A call to Accounts Monday during office hours would be your best route...

Be sure to ask them if your 30 day subscription is started from when you actually get that status and not from the day it was entered. Specially with the turn around time being days at the minimum.
