payed but still a free account

on monday 08-16-2010 i haved payed with my VISA Creditcard a 3-month Subscription.

But till now it says this still a Free Account.

I wrote a Support message but i got still no response...!

Can someone help?

You'll have to wait for the Support ticket sorry, as they do not offer any related support on the forums [at times I don't know why this section is even here] so you'll just get a copy and pasted response from Turbine if they ever response on here.

Good luck, I hope you get access to the content you've paid for. I would have gone premium myself.
