I referred a friend of mine to start playing on Sunday. He signed up and immediately bought points.
Here it is on Wednesday and I do not see a referral nor have I received any points!
I know he used my link because he was on the phone with me and signed up when i sent it to him.
Could someone please contact me and tell me who I can call to discuss this issue?

My referral still has not shown up. Could someone please direct me who i should be calling to clear this up. I'm sure it is a simple fix if someone could direct me to the proper location.

I followed your suggestion and it has been 6 days and no response.
Is there any way to track a ticket in this game?
If i don't get some support i will never spend another dime on this game. Customer support is very important to me and i am not filled with confidence right now.

Am assuming you only submitted a ticket....
There is a 1 1/2 to 2 week delay on responses to email inquiries. A phone call to them however would probably get you results immediately.
edit:
A passing thought until you get ahold of them - are you positive your friend used the actual link in the referral email he got to set up his account, and not just going directly to DDO.com to start his download? (tis required to use the link to get credit for the referral).

I tried calling the support line and they told me they do not handle the referral program and there is no phone number for the people who DO handle the referral program so my best bet would be to post in the support forums. Hence this post. Then i was directed to submit a ticket. So i did. I will wait for two weeks and then follow up again.
as for clicking the link... i was on the phone when he used the link. I actually had him read me back the address after clicking the link to verify because i was following along with him and i clicked the link too. So i know he used the link.
I just want to clarify. We are both college educated adults (29 years old) so its not just some kids that screwed something up.
He also bought the biggest points package solely to help me out. I'm going to be really ****ed if i don't get those points.

Not much luck here...
final resolution...
They say my friend did not use the link. I disagree as i walked through it with him. Personally i believe there is a problem of the website updating and losing the referral if you choose a name that is taken for your account name.
My suggestion to anyone wishing to use the referral program.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR FRIEND START A TOON UNTIL THE REFERRAL SHOWS UP IN YOUR REFERRAL PAGE.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR FRIEND BUY ANY POINTS UNTIL THE REFERRAL IS UP IN YOUR REFERRAL PAGE.
I got screwed out of TP becuase the system is broken. I can live with this as i learned my lesson. Please learn from my mistake as well.
