Okay so I try to buy the $49.99 tp bundle while it's on sale, and I get an error. I go online, check my card and I have a $1 charge from Turbine. I now can't buy the points because the card does not have $49.99 on it any longer due to the aforementioned charge. I look up some stuff under support and I find the number 781 407 4020, along with a time table for taking calls which the current time and day falls in. I try to call. I get nothing, not even ringing, regardless of what phone I use. I waited for awhile once and it eventually just made a repeated beeping noise. So the number seems to be worthless.

I sent in a ticket but I doubt that will be dealt with before the sale is over so I'm also posting here. Can I get some explanation and resolution on this? I would think Turbine would like the fifty dollars I'm trying to give them, but so far I seem thwarted in doing so.

The $1 is a test authorization for a new card. It will release in time, not that it helps you now.

Well that sucks. I don't suppose there is any way for this to go away in a timely fashion (ie. before the sale ends) or for me to get the sale package anyways?
