every time i try to launch the game i receive this message. can some one help.

Does the game still run? Has it run previously without the error message?

A few weeks back, Turbine got rid of the TDM and that caused a few issues with some people. You might give this (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=266447) thread a read and see if it'll help you out.

no, i just donloaded the game yesterday, and i recieve this message when i start up the game.
