HELP! I lost everything on my screen

I'm in crimson heart and i hit something and everything went away, map, bars, chat. does anyone know, maybe, what to press to get it all back?

or is it alt-z? or maybe shift-z. One of the 3.

I think it was alt-z, at least with the old default layout. Hit escape, look under options, keyboard options(Or something like that) and find "Hide UI" or something similar. That's what you hit by accident.
