Wildman rebel needs how much Diplomacy?

There is a Wildman Rebel in the Restless Isles that appears to be blocking access to an explorer point. Not that this is a big deal but my ship navigator won't send me places that have an explorer zone until I complete the explorer quest.

The Wildman Rebel appears to need Diplomacy. Not sure what he will do when he gets it, but I assume it is to allow access to the last map area. Except he needs an insane diplomacy. So far, 43 has been insufficient. I can can get to 45 if I can find a +15 item.

43? Seriously? Anyone know what this guy needs?

There's an item that drops from the end of Slavers of the Shrieking Mines (or Bring Me the Head of Ghola Fan, I forget which) - you have to loot it out of a pile of junk. That is what he's after.

And it's right behind the chest that drops the Ring of the Ancestors, which is a pretty good loot run....and easy if you know how to get to it quickly.




I have no idea his Diplomacy. It is very, very high. above 50 I think.
