Epic scrolls/seals/shards

I've been working my way through my altitis, and finally capped my tempest rogue, and have no clue where I can get any of the things required to make an item. I understand how to make it epic, just not how to get the items to make things epic. Help?

Epic scrolls drop from monster kills. Epic shards and seals drop from chests in epic quests.
