My suggestion would be to come over to Ghallanda and join Peace Love and Monster Removal! Or, Sinibyte has a thread that lists guilds like this on each server. I can't remember where the thread is but I think it is located in the Argo guild section of threads.

Fellowship of the Green Hat is very casual and will leave you alone if thats what you want. However, members who don't log on for more than 2 months are booted from the guild.
