Question about stat points and levels

Can somebody tell me exactly which levels I get a stat point (for a non TR, 32 pt build)? Basically, I'm trying to remember what my starting stat points were, in preparation for a TR ... I can figure out enough to subtract the feats/enhancements, the gear, and the tomes, but then I get all cross-eyed trying to remember at what levels I got stat pts ....

You get 1 stat point every 4 levels
