I ran (more like tried) Taming the Flames with a PUG today after being gone for about 3 months, of course I made the mistake of trying to play while my kid was awake, and ran into an toddler emergency. Server was Thelanis, just wanted to say sorry for dropping out on you guys like that. I hope to group with some of you in the future and show you I'm not a horrible player...really. Lmao.

Of course, but it doesn't hurt to apologize...

Just for clarification :P you shouldn't apologize when real life happens, that's what my /vomit is all about... well that and that any apology will get a /vomit from me :D.

Wasn't apologizing for real life happening, just being decent, but we all have our opinions. It was mostly a lament that I took a break and forgot about how real life and ddo don't always mix. Lmao.

It's more likely the people you're attempting to apologize to would see it if you posted in the Thelanis forums rather than the General DDO Discussion forums. And you would probably get fewer /vomits too. ;)

While I don't necessarily agree with the /vomit, I would say that this far more belongs in the Thelanis server forum. This is more of an issue between you, the people in your group, and whomever on your server may care... not really for General Discussion.

And, real life trumps the game every time. If you had to go because your child needed you, then that is nothing to apologize for. Good for you for being a good parent.

Never apologize. It's a sign of weakness.
