Billing addres in a visa gift card

Ok, so i bought a visa gift card whit 50 bucks in it..and im trying to use it..but the billing addres is allways incorrect..i need help..

I expect accounts are helping you but I gotta ask. Did you go to the cards provider's and register it at your address yet? Thats what I had to do when I bought my daughter a VISA gift card as a way of getting here Premium account some more points. That worked fine for us.
