Advice requested for my first Green Steel item (a bracer)!

I'm really looking forward to upgrading my bracer, at first I had a good idea of what I wanted but there are so many options though, like should I go with this (http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~delallea/ddo/shroud/cgi-bin/shroud.cgi?item=bracers&weapon=weapon&effects=__10,enervation_guard_,ash_1_,plus_5_refle x,iee_2_str&groups=inherent_fire_resistance,plus_5_res,plus_15 _hp&altar=3)?

It's all new stuff that I would benefit from, but then apparently Enervation Guard could heal undead, which would be rather dumb for a Paladin to do even though it would be great for virtually anything else.

The Heavy Fort, +5 Deflection and +20HP could allow me to get rid of Minos Legens AND my Sacred Necklace of Protection +5 (deflection). The net effect would be:

Cost: Bracer slot, Sacred
Gain: 2 equipment slots (Helmet, Necklace), Inherent 5 Acid Resist, Stoneskin, +5 Will Save, +3 Concentration

Note: 20HP considered as Greater Elemental Energy instead of Toughness feat from Minos Legens.

i would suggest looking at the static named/raid items. and possibly epics as goal equipments(epics are a pain to get though, might not be completely worth it) then build around that. Two of the most powerful epic items(in my opinion, and i play a monk main) are Kundark Delving Bracers, +6 con, 5 resistance, 5 prot, yellow slot , and belt of the moranon 6str, toughness(like minos, doesnt stack with the minos), heavy fort, yellow slot.

only have 1 item, and am missing a shard to make it epic. only have the scroll of the other though.
