Emergency TR Question

Do I have to empty the Ingredients Bag before I TR? I'm so paranoid if I don't do everything 'just' right I lose stuff these days!

Want to TR right now but I don't want to do it until I'm absolutely sure about this.

I didn't have any problems with it. I still have tons of stuff still swirling around in my TR bank as a matter of fact. The only issue I know of with Ing bags is passing through the shared bank.
