Hit Point and Spell Point Hit when Logging In?

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but since Update (prior to patch and after patch), all my toons take 20 points of damage and a bunch of Spell Point damage every time I log in. It is annoying especially because half of the time I have to log in twice anyway to get Social and Quest Journal to work properly.

Is this a known bug?

Everyone I know has this happen to them. And, I think the Devs have said it's a known issue - but I'm far too lazy to look it up on the Dev Tracker.

I was really hoping it'd be fixed in today's patch - but no dice.

For some reason, when you log in now, all your equipment is re-equipped. If you have a con item or SP item, it comes off and goes back on when you log in.
I try to log off in taverns, so I can start getting back my SP back quicker.
You have to think about getting around these bugs as a game in the game.

Yeah, Eladrin said it was yet another bug. Something involved in optimizing character loading, got screwed up.

I have found that the 20 hps is from minos helm and spell points are from magi/archmagi/power items. just as if you had taken them off during game play.
