Rage spell single target? !!!

I could understand changing this spell to be a true AOE instead of 5 targets - but single target? WHY???

so I can tell people to screw off and buy pots apparently, I already had a hard enough time passing out buffs as is, rage was one of the few I didn't mind throwing, now there is no chance of me individually buffing everyone with rage.

If it's WAI, then it's a staggeringly ******** change.
But, since this is the Rise of the Bugs update... I'd be willing to bet it just got busted in the patch, which will then need to be patched in the patch for this patch. It's like a Möbius strip, really.

Prayer and Recitation are only affecting the caster as well. Sounds like this might be a bug, not WAI.
