Halfling Marks vrs toughness Qtn

Simple question, on a dps build are the three halfling dragonmarks worth the 69 HP you'd get from 3 x toughness, mainly end game focused.

Taking 1 toughness feat is a must on all builds.

Taking more than 1 toughness feat is a mistake on all builds.

^Except for Monk, but that depends on that build. And going along with that..I personally think that taking the first two Dragonmarks on a Light Monk are definitely a good choice given the options. Especially if you're a high dex/wis based monk.

My lvl 19 Ninja spy/assassin (12 Monk, 7 Rogue, 1 Fighter) has 4 toughness feats currently and was interested if splurging for the 3 dragon marks instead of hp was the way to go.

The responses suggest I give it a go at least.
