Xeriphim is correct about burst on the wraps interfering with holy burst from the tod ring.

Sadly I didn't manage to get the wraps you were speaking of.
still looking for good wraps...

Edit: only in need of holy & pure good wraps with +4 to +5 modifier (got me some bleeders by weird circumstances).
