i'm curious, when i read the elven arcane archer pre description it says that it "Imbues all missiles that you fire with incredible power, granting them the Slaying ability" does this mean that also applies to crossbow bolts fired from a xbow?

I was so confused by this question as well. It's pretty upsetting when they can't word something right. "Imbues all missiles" implies all missiles regardless of if the ability is called "forced arrows." It begs the question does it really do what it says and "imbues all missiles!" You have to take prereq feats to get into that enhancment line. And once you find out it doesn't do what it claims, you have TO PAY REAL MONEY TO FIX YOUR FEATS!
This game is ****ing me off. That's the kind of gread that kills MMOs. Subcription players should not be targeted to spend more money for something like a feat respec or more bags, just basic necessities. I regret buying my sub!

You only pay money if you want to.
Other wise to change feats use the in game method. Heck, you are given one free feat exchange in game to begin with.

It used to work for crossbows as well, but they decided it didn't fit the flavor of the class. With EU they changed it to bows only and designated Deepwood Sniper as the general Ranged PrE.
That being said, there are a number of vague and misleading descriptions, I believe that Borror0 started a list of them, and Turbine should do a better job making descriptions useful.
One last thing, you can trade out feats using in game plat and Siberys dragonshards that are combined from fragments or pulled from chests. You can check the AH if you don't have enough. Low level swaps are not to bad, but high level swaps can be difficult. An alternative is Lockania's quest in the Marketplace. That will give you one free feat exchange.

Don't give me that ****. This company with this sub standard MMO should be happy to get any subs they can. Not chase away the few they do get by trying to milk those people for me. This game is not even worth the sub let alone having to spend real money for the bare essentials. You can think what you want I could honestly care less what you or anyone else thinks. I played WOW for 6 years and at 3 weeks I'm ready to never play this game again. I bought a 6 month sub (mistake I'll never make again) but I'm seriously thinking I can't take another day of this. The game isn't very good, and part of the reason is they don't even give the bare essentials. In WOW you can respec whenever you want. Trying to get sub customers to pay for **** like bags and respecing will seriously make me walk away and just take the $60.00 loss. It's beyond stupid, but from game developers and game develper companies it doesn't surprise me that much.
I mean this game is bad. My hireling walks right in front of me non-stop and blocks my shots and I have to wait until level 16 and get a feat before I can stop that from happening. I lose her in instances. The auction house is bad. The best loot I've found in the game to sell was at level 2. Whatever.
I don't expect this to be polished like WOW but I do expect a little appreciation toward the real paying customers.

You can change your class in WOW? I did not know that.
You use Siberys dragonshards to change your feats. You can find them on the auction house or you can make your own. Without real money.
You can get Turbine Points without real money.
You can get bags in-game without spending Turbine points.

Trolling is a game about identity deception, albeit one that is played without the consent of most of the players. The troll attempts to pass as a legitimate participant, sharing the group's common interests and concerns; the newsgroups members, if they are cognizant of trolls and other identity deceptions, attempt to both distinguish real from trolling postings, and upon judging a poster a troll, make the offending poster leave the group. Their success at the former depends on how well they — and the troll — understand identity cues; their success at the latter depends on whether the troll's enjoyment is sufficiently diminished or outweighed by the costs imposed by the group.
Trolls can be costly in several ways. A troll can disrupt the discussion on a newsgroup, disseminate bad advice, and damage the feeling of trust in the newsgroup community. Furthermore, in a group that has become sensitized to trolling — where the rate of deception is high — many honestly naïve questions may be quickly rejected as trollings. This can be quite off-putting to the new user who upon venturing a first posting is immediately bombarded with angry accusations. Even if the accusation is unfounded, being branded a troll is quite damaging to one's online reputation.

Trolling is a game about identity deception, albeit one that is played without the consent of most of the players. The troll attempts to pass as a legitimate quest participant, sharing the party's common interests and concerns; the party members, if they are cognizant of trolls and other identity deceptions, attempt to both distinguish real from trolling party members, and upon judging a party member a troll, make the offending member leave the party. Their success at the former depends on how well they — and the troll — understand identity cues; their success at the latter depends on whether the troll's enjoyment is sufficiently diminished or outweighed by the costs imposed by the party.
Trolls can be costly in several ways. A troll can disrupt the successful completion of a quest, exercise bad judgement, and damage the feeling of trust in the party. Furthermore, in a party that has become sensitized to trolling — where the rate of deception is high — many honestly naïve party members may be quickly rejected as trolls. This can be quite off-putting to the new player who upon venturing a first quest is immediately bombarded with angry accusations. Even if the accusation is unfounded, being branded a troll is quite damaging to one's online reputation.
Fix'd.
Examples of quest trolling include intentionally blowing yourself up on ships, walking into traps that you know are always there, etc.
