Have points for a third stat thinking Diplomacy any thoughts ?

Ok could use some feed back think its pretty solid so far feats might need some retooling.
I Know the +4 are rare if i do get it at some point use divine might IV if not i have extra points for other enhancements.
I would have liked to fit in force of personality as i wont be bothering with wisdom to much if anyone has some thoughts on that.

Dont count on having a +4 before you hit 20 on a non TR'ed character, and you cannot use a +2 tome before level 7.

Dump WIS to 8, take CHA up to 16. Wear an item to cast spells, and you'll be able to reach DM4 with either a +2 tome and 2 levelups, or a +4 if you can be arsed to grind it out.

lose weapon focus
lose power critical

dont worry about DM4
get DM3 its +6 to base damage, that might not seem like much (for the egregious hassle of activating it every minute) but it Will make a difference, the last tier is too costly but any less and its barely worth it.

get Extend Spell
Skill Focus: Use Magic Device is a good idea

Lower wisdom to 8 asap (you really wont need anymore)
wouldnt hope for a +4Cha tome so earnestly
Start with at least a 15 cha, a 16 makes life much easier but you can spend that odd couple of points in Con if that's what you want.

the last two tiers of tougnhess enhancements are too costly, Improved Recovery is another story, it will net you more healing than a few extra HP ever could
Human versatility might seem like a no brainer, but its too short and interrupts your attack chain too hard to make up for it, toss it.
I see you dont care much about the AC aura (i have it for party bc its the one thing the better melee classes cant do) but the Resistance Aura is a must have.

Or alternatively, switch Improved Recovery III for +1Con, and Racial Toughness II (which could be worth it if you could get Con even for a +30 to HP)
Or switch Improved Recovery III for Extra Smite Evil IV and Racial Toughness II (Adds one extra smite, which is a good bit of burst damage, and 10HP)
Or consider starting with 16 Cha and switching it for DM4 and racial Toughness II (Adds a more damage than an extra smite overall)

Personally, since im WF, im too obsessed with healing amps to see this one go to waste.
