Seems there are bugged ingredients where when in the bag they list 0 (zero) as the quantity. They aren't useable so are worthless but can be passed around by mail and by putting them up on the auction.
More observations: the item is also in inventory while listing 0 in a bag (you can also get it to list 0 in several bags but since the item can't be removed from a bag this will just bug out more bag space). If you try to move it to another inventory spot you get "Inventory Error remote item".
