teleport til you get a miscast, and then just let yourself drop.

It's the quickest end.

I've seen more torcs in 21st runs than 20th.

That's because I gave it to him first.

Which turned out not to be a wise move as I'm still with no torc after 22 runs (seen it drop once). It was a fun experiment at altruism, but can I have my torc back now, please? TIA

My friend's last run, a level 18 barbarian took it. He didn't even claim he would TR, he just took it. I only ran with him once, when my (long since 20) character was 12 and his was...18...so he doesn't seem like the TRing type. I'm guessing it will just collect dust in his bank, if he doesn't vendor it.
