My original thought is to build a 13/7 WF rogue/wizard so that she can be self-sufficient (being able to self heal) and cast some fun offensive spells like glittering dust or web.
She's 7 rogue/2 wizard now and it is very fun to play. She has access to all the buffing/healing(repairing) wands without need of UMD because of the 2 lvl of wizard which is great. But I started to think that is it necessary to get the other 5 lvl of wizard?
With 7 lvl of wizard, she can have access to lvl 4 spells but I worry that the DCs will be low so not every effective at high level quests/raids (I imagine Heighten wont help since the highest level of spell she can cast will be 4?)
She's TWF and going the Assassin PrE. I am not aiming to get the "best" build but I would like her to take good advantage of the SA and do decent dps.
So should she go 13/7 or 18/2 or something else? Any feedback/suggestions will be appreciated!!! :)

Mmmm... might be nifty low levels... though not very much potential high levels.
Spell DC's will be atrociously bad, and rogue could just UMD everything anyway.
Your better going pure rogue, or 18 wiz / 2 rogue

Thanks for the feedback! I guess the 2 lvl of wizard doesn't worth the 1d6 SA and special feat and lvl 19 rogue and the cap stone at lvl 20...
If I drop the 2 lvl of wizard, is it still advantageous to be a WF (compared to a dwarf for example)?
I was actually reading your 18 rogue/2 barb build and it's very interesting! Maybe I will try that instead :p

Note that he said 18 wiz / 2 rog not 18 rog / 2 wiz
A wizard splash will do you no good, a 7 level wizard splash is straight gimp
WF is not necessarily the best rogue race, not as many synergies but definitely possible for a STR based one
Biggest advice for DDO builds is don't multiclass if you don't know what you're doing, you'll mess up

Warforged is a fine race. The Power Attack enhancements will improve your DPS by a fair margin.
Remember to get some Divine Power clickies to help your to-hit though.

If you want to "assassinate" something, use "Finger of Death." :)

WF are one of the very best races for Rogues because they shore up the class's biggest weakness (low hitpoints) with cheap con and lots of racial toughness enhancements.
Caster hybrids are, unfortunately, not really viable for end-game due to their low DC's. They are, however, lkots of fun to solo and a 13/7 mechanic wiz build would be great for soloing. So if your goal is to be a raider then skip it and if your goal is just to solo and have fun knock yourself out!
other fun WF builds are:
- 13/7 rog monk acrobat build with quarterstaff for stupid-fast 2hf attacks and lots of glancing blows - very high DPS vs groups of mobs.
- 18/2 rog fighter or rog pally assassin or pure rog assassin. Pump str, con, dex, and intel in that order and use g2wf with rapiers or scimis (if a splash I recommend scimis, if pure use rapiers) for absured 1 on 1 dps.
- 13/7 mechanic/kensai repeater build for decent ranged DPS, though you have to stay close to get sneak attacks. You can also self-heal a little as a WF using your mechanic Repair Construct ability. Pump dex, con, int, strength in that order.
- 14/6 barb rog (rogbarian) is also lots of fun and gives DR and Frenzied Berserker II for bonus DPS. and lots of HP.
have fun!
