Do Lyric of Song and Prayer of Life stack?

Lyric of Song I gives you 3% critical chance for Healing & Sonic spells, whereas Prayer of Life I gives you 3% critical chance for Healing and Inflict spells.

So would taking both of those give you 3% critical chance for Sonic and Inflict spells, and 6% critical chance for Healing spells?
