Im trying to make a pure 20 bard thats virtuoso and arcane archer, the build doesnt have spells selected, as im still deciding that, and its enchancements were all done at 20 because it was easier for me to do it like that

Im asking if my cha ends up high enough, should i take precise shot and ips instead of other things, and ect. any input would be appreciated

This is a 32 point build

If you are building an archer bard because you want an archer bard, all good, there is a build (and discussion) about 6 down this page: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=260920

If you want one to be a viable endgame character... it will be very difficult to pull off. (unless the manyshot bug sticks around).

Reasons:
Ranged combat is generally a little lacking - but more so on a character class that gets no real advantages for it. Plus you can't 'dual' spec- like a ranger or kensai for those melee moments.

Your build:
Str: too low
Dex: maybe a little too high
Int: too high
Con: lowish
Cha: too high. You won't be landing CC spells with your Cha and feats, so don't bother pumping cha.

You probably want to end up with evenish dex and str - because you need dex to hit and str to damage.

To do damage with a bow, you need improved precise shot, many shot, improve crit: ranged, and bow strength (you are missing that).

You need toughness and extend. So once you take into account pre-reqs, you are getting real tight, making fighter levels or ranger levels an option.

Force of personality is a waste on the bard class (decent will saves).

My build (http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p=3107772&postcount=8) has higher ranged DPS (thanks to Bow STR, Imp Crit, & Imp Prec Shot) and a bit more HPs. I do give up spell points, a few spells, and bard capstone, as well as have lower DEX & CHA; but it was worth the sacrifice to be a better AA, IMHO.

I agree with BoBo that your CHA is too high for this build - or rather, it isn't high enough to do your CC spells any good (esp. w/no DC-boosting metamagics like Heighten) and it's a waste of stat points for an AA otherwise. The slight boost to Diplomacy, Perform, UMD, and SPs isn't worth the cost, IMHO.

I wouldn't say your INT is too high so much as I would say you don't need so many ranks of Balance, Jump, and Listen. I would either put those skill points elsewhere (e.g., Haggle, Hide, MS) or lower your INT and put those points into CON instead.
