Wondering if it's worth it in the long run to use wis as a dump stat? Would it be a good idea to take cha up to 14 and use a feat for force of personality? Should I abandon both in favor of a higher strength? I'm new to the game, so I'm really just not sure how great a roll the will saves play in the late game?
I'm going for an drow assassin build and I like the idea of a starting str/dex/int of 16, but if that will screw me later I'd like to know in advance.
Thanks for the advice.

I wouldn't reccomend force of personality anytime on a rogue because it's so feat starved.
I'd dump both. Your will saves are gonna suck even if you get crazy base wisdom.
Just slot a wisdom item(and a cha item when needed)

In the long run Will saves arent important since the usual party buffs will make you immune to most stuff.
At the lower levels, low Will save can get you killed occasionally (mostly when soloing though, in a party other players can take aggro off you when held).
But if you arent concerned about the low levels but instead the long run, you can savely dump Will save.

Think people already answered most, but for you to know in DDO Hps do mater especially for a melee and most with a rogue. so CON > WIS anytime.
