Weapon disappeared from inventory

Ran Tomb of the Blighted quest on solo. Threw several vials of blessed water in rapid succession and switched to weapons to hit entangeled roots. Found one of my weapons disappeared from my inventory and shortcut bar. I could not find the weapon at all even on the ground or anywhere. I am left with punching the air with the hand that was holding the missing weapon.

Logged out and in again but weapon is still missing.

The weapon that I lost was a +2 Holy Burst Rapier of Puncturing. I have added Icy Burst to it via Risia Ice Game crafting and also Force Critical.

I will like the weapon back please.

Check the buyback tab at a vendor. You may have accidently destoyed it. If you did, it will be under buyback.

Checked and the weapon wasn't there. I initially thought I might have destroyed it by accident but the during the sequence of events, there was no pop-up asking if I agree to destroy the weapon. And also I clicked on the weapon shortcut via my shortcut bar to change my weapons which doesn't cause my weapon to be destroyed in any way. Worst it can do is that I have accidentally drag the shortcut off the bar and it disappeared but weapons will not be affected at all.

Oddly, my weapon set shortcut still shows that only 1 of the dual-wield weapons are gone whilst the other remain in my oft-hand. That was why I suspect there was a glitch in the system that caused my weapon to disappear.

Too bad I am on premium and the 30 days in-game assistance has expired. Hope to hear a reply from one of the GMs soon.

Bumpz..hoping to get a reply from that my thread is at least read or acknowledged. Sucks to lose a favorite weapon due to system glitches.

I am pretty sure you are going to be told that you need to contact in-game support for that. I would honestly not hold my breath that you will get it back.

Yeah, something is screwy with those vials. Was in there with my Repeater character and after equipping the vial I had to unequip and reequip my Crossbow Bolts to be able to fire again. If I didn't, I'd make all the animations, but nothing would actually fire.

Yep got this as well. I was firing empty shots with my bow for a while when I notice that the mobs are not dying or being hit at all. This happened throughout the whole quest which was irritating to say the least since I wasted a couple of manyshots trying to quickly eliminate the gel cube and mobs.

I am glad I only need to run it once to get flagged for Cursed Crypt. But it still sucks to lose a weapon due to a glitchy vial throwing animation. Come on Turbine...fix this quick before others get screwed over by the glitch. And kindly return my weapon to me please. I missed it very much.

lost sos :(. OCntacted in game they said its not missing. Now used mail support will see. WEre getting "Item is inaccessible" While clicking on slot where was sos.

It's still happening as of April 2011. I was running through with a friend on his TR tonight, and he lost a lightning II khopesh in Tomb of the Blighted.

He submitted a trouble ticket and talked to a GM, but was told that GMs cannot replace in-game items. The GM told him to submit a bug report, describing the loss. It was not a happy moment for him - he was not having a great day to begin with, and losing a double imbued weapon didn't help.
