Upgrade - thinking about doing it, but not that sure

well, i am enjoying this game for a few month now, and to honest, i am having a lot of fun. i am thinking about upgrading my f2p account into a p2p one. but with that price, i am not going to rush into a decision. yes, some people would think 15 USD? that's nothing! but it's not like that. in Israel the dollar is exchange rite is around 4 USD for 1 NIS (New Israeli Shekel), and it is not smart to rush it. i will do it, i will probably go for the three month option, as it does save some money, and yet it is not such a long term thing that i will get into the army already (i have about a year and a half till then).
so, if you can please help me decide, that will be good. please note if you are paying/payed or not.
