the 20% neg energy absorption... does that affect neg lvls and stats or just inflict spells? and if it does how so? thx for the help

Just spells like "Inflict Light Wounds," "Inflict Moderate Wounds," "Inflict Serious Wounds," "Inflict Critical Wounds," and "Harm."

With 20% neg energy absorption, you'd take 20% less damage than those spells would ordinarily inflict.
