Greetings!

I wanted to confirm this before I send a bug report.

Yesterday me and a friend played our Favored Souls together. We both got the Raise Dead spell... At the first death and try to resurrect we noticed that we was missing the "Mushroom Powder and Saffron" material to be able to cast that spell.

So we went to the reagent vendor and bought ourself a stack of these (300 in my case). The next time we was trying to resurrect a person we got the "missing component" error message, even if we had the materials in our backpack. Also when you inspect the spell in the spellbook you will see the compenents require marked in red, just as if we didn't have them. Still they are in our backpacks.

We both was able to confirm this. Anyone else having this problem?

Best Regards!

Did you use a guild vendor? They are bugged at the moment.

Yeah, I had bought level 9 components at the guild discount vendor and then tried ressurecting someone in the shroud. Good thing I hadn't traded out Raise Dead yet.

Yes we used the guild vendor *sigh* If bugged they should simply take them out of the game :p

Thanks for the reply, that does at least answer why it doesn't work.

Sincerely!

Yes we used the guild vendor *sigh* If bugged they should simply take them out of the game :pSorry; Turbine only takes swift action (like temporarily removing a faulty item as you suggest) if the item gives players an advantage. When items just confuse players or, at least, don't provide players an advantage, your role as a player is to bend over and wait for them to decide to fix it.

What? It isn't meant to work like this? Four years of playing DDO has shown me that it does most of the time.
