I just ran the quest chain on my capped cleric, for fun, and to see if I could pull the top hat.
I was not offered the hat, so I settled on a shield, I equipped the shield, realized it looked like **** and tried to re-equip my unlocked light and darkness. To my horror, instead of the Light and Darkness being equipped when I clicked it, it disappeared. It was not in my inventory, and its icon was gone from all of the weapon sets it was a part of.
I submitted a ticket. I waited, I got a response that I had "deleted" the item, so I raised the point it was padlocked and disappeared when being equipped, I was aware of when it disappeared, down to the minute, and told the GM to check my quest logs to see I had just looted that new shield to prove it was a bug.
I was offered a replacement, and asked for clarification on whether it would be my shield, or a base replacement. The GM was unsure, and escalated the issue. After 4 hrs of waiting, the GM contacted me back to let me know it would be the base version, I said I had a screenshot of my shield unlocked, etc and would like it escalated to a senior GM to get the correct shield issued.
I sat in game, waiting for a response. A Senior GM replied direct to the ticket, without contacting me as I requested, and closed the ticket. No shield was issue, no contact made, the ticket was simply closed.
I submitted another ticket asking for the shield, it had been offered, but had not been returned. I again had my ticket closed without anyone responding to me, but just a quick "we canot return the item, we cannot assist further" message.
I submitted another ticket (because the GMs kept closing them out without resolving the issue), stating the first GM had offered a replacement, that I would like that replacement, and any info regarding a bug submission I had requested be submitted.
4 mins later a GM finally contacted me. To let me know I was getting suspended for abusing the in game support service by submitting multiple tickets on the same issue.
Please correct, unsuspend the account, (toon name kkranixx of argo to help you locate the account and tickets), and return the shield in the form it was lost.
